There are mornings in Guji where the hills seem to disappear into the mist. Before the roads become busy and before the sun reaches across the highlands, coffee farmers are already moving between the trees. The farmers who can tell when a cherry is ready without measuring it. The hands that sort through a day’s harvest, hands that reach gently through green leaves, searching for cherries at their perfect moment.
This is where QALMA starts. We roast QALMA to let that character remain visible in the cup.
